解决Wrong permissions on configuration file, should not be world writable!

迁移了服务器，更新了文件，发现phpmyadmin没法使用了。而且，提示信息还很是奇怪：
Wrong permissions on configuration file, should not be world writable!
查资料，发现phpmyadmin在755下才能正常工作，改吧。
sudo chmod -R 755 phpmyadmin
```
mysql sudo chmod phpmyadmin wrong permissions
