液体培养基BG11的配方如下：
1. NaNO3 1.5g
2. K2HPO4 0.04g
3. MgSO4·7H2O 0.075g
4. CaCl2·2H2O 0.036g
5. Citric acid 0.006g
6. Ferric ammonium citrate 0.006g
7. EDTA 0.001g
8. Trace metal solution 1mL
9. Vitamin solution 1mL
10. Distilled water 1L
Trace metal solution:
1. H3BO3 2.86g
2. MnCl2·4H2O 1.81g
3. ZnSO4·7H2O 0.22g
4. CuSO4·5H2O 0.08g
5. Co(NO3)2·6H2O 0.05g
6. Na2MoO4·2H2O 0.39g
7. Distilled water 100mL
Vitamin solution:
1. Thiamine HCl 0.1g
2. Biotin 0.1mg
3. Cyanocobalamin 0.1mg
4. Pyridoxine HCl 0.1g
5. Riboflavin 0.1g
6. Nicotinic acid 0.1g
7. Pantothenic acid 0.1g
8. Folic acid 0.1mg
9. Distilled water 100mL
将以上配方按照比例加入到1L的蒸馏水中，混合均匀即可。注意，配方中的所有化学品均需在无菌条件下操作，以确保培养基的无菌性。
